Once installed here life couldn't be more relaxed. Fabulous views across the Mediterranean to North Africa from the terrace and only 6 paces to the pool.
A two minute drive or a ten minute walk (by road or beach) to the Hypermarket "Continente" ten minutes further walk into Estepona town, where a wealth of shops, restaurants, marina and superb beach beckon.
You may, like me just prefer the tranquility, view and shade of the terrace. Whatever you decide to do I'm sure you'll appreciate your time here!

A real suntrap which gets sun during the summer from shortly after sunrise to around 6pm.
A sun lounger, two high back loungers, 4 chairs and table fits the bill here!
level has a bamboo roof to provide some shade, the lower level is for
real sun seekers - don't walk here without shoes.

There is a TV and Video with a small selection of english channels and tapes. (take one for the library).

The central cupboard is lockable to ensure the safety of valuables.
|Indoor dining (unlikely) is easy around the dining table but I reckon you'll use the terrace most of the time.
|There is a washing machine, but a maid service is available, just ask for Salvadora. She is often around the site, and does a fine job relatively cheaply (900pts/hr)
